I had a horrible leak. I did not know who to contact, so I Googled it. I called on Monday and he came right away and gave me an estimate. It turned out that the insurance premium was the same as the repair, so I did not file a claim. That same week, Wednesday, he came in with a coworker, replaced a plywood sheet which was soaked after removing all the concrete tiles. Then he used a plastic and covered the whole thing, or valley, as they call it. It took them three/four hours to do the job and gave me a 3 Year guarantee. He is friendly, took photos of the job as he was doing it and shared it with me. I highly recommend them (I chose to speak in Spanish, which is a language I am comfortable with). Kudos Luna
